    Modular home builder and supplier locally in Southern California very responsive was able to look at three different models in person by appointment, they can do any upgrades any modification that you want for a very reasonable price in place of an Adu. Multiple options for placement on your property or for a mobile home that can be transfered anywhere. Highly recommended supplier will be purchasing very soon. See more See less

    I had to sale a home & move my Mom fast. I bought the 20×20 with a deck. Overall the experience was good & Javier was always responsive. I would definitely buy another tiny home. It's an amazing concept & really is hands down one of the best inventions for future options to house our parents, kids or other.     My husband and I have been looking at 2 or 3 different companies that offer similar modular homes. NewGen Tiny Homes company is the company that has the best product, best customer service and overall knowledge. Javier is very knowledgable and profesional.
